As far as the final size, due to INEVITABLE tolerances in paper mills, on printing presses, and on cutters, the final size of your may vary slightly. For example, if you submit a 4 x 6 the final size can really be as small as 3 7/8 x 5 7/8 (3.875 x 5.875). This is a printing standard and completely ACCEPTABLE.

*PrintEleven.com LOCAL CLIENT ORDERS: ALL LOCAL ORDERS WILL BE HELD FOR A PERIOD OF 2 WEEKS MAXIMUM. IF YOU ORDER IS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BOX IF IT GETS LOST, DAMAGED OR TRASHED. *CANCELLING A JOB ALREADY IN PROGRESS: We process jobs as soon as they are paid. If you need to cancel or replace any files on an order you have placed, you must call and speak to a PrintEleven.com Manager no later than 10 minutes after your order is paid. If we can catch the job before it goes to print, we will be more than happy to attempt to replace or cancel the order. If the job is already scheduled for production, you are responsible for full payment when re-making your order including shipping cost.
*DESIGN ORDERS: ALL ORDERS DESIGNED BY PrintEleven.com WILL BE PROPERTY OF PrintEleven.com UNLESS SPECIFIED. IN THE CASE THAT A CUSTOMER WOULD LIKE THE ORIGINAL FILES, PrintEleven.com WILL THEN SELL THE DESIGN TO THE CUSTOMER. WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND YOU PROOF OF YOUR DESIGNS BUT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND YOU A 300 DPI (FULL RESOLUTION FILE) UNLESS THE DESIGN IS BOUGHT. *PROOFING TERMS & POLICY (must read) Proofing will add several days to your production timeline. This proof enables you to view the imprint, but it will not depict exact imprint colors nor will it illustrate the exact imprint size, as it is merely a computer-generated image. We require approval or changes in writing via e-mail for record purposes and to avoid miscommunications. Customers must proof work designed by PrintEleven.com. Jobs will NOT go to print until PrintEleven.com receives a signed “Design Approval” form, Email approval or some other form of written approval. Although every effort will be made to prevent errors such as grammar, spelling and layout, we will not be responsible for any errors on an order that was proofed and approved by you or your representative proofing the order on your behalf or incorrect information that you fail to submit or correct. These errors will be corrected at the customer’s sole expense. Design Fees are non-refundable regardless if the design is used or not.

*If an order has a specific “in hands” date, a proof may delay production, thus jeopardizing your chances of receiving the order in a timely manner. We will not be held responsible for any resulting delays on these orders. All shipping and delivery dates are ESTIMATED ONLY and are not guaranteed. Proofs are not intended to be ‘decision making tools’ for the customer. There will be no option to cancel an order simply because the proof is not working out. The longer you take to approve a proof – either because of changes that you request, or otherwise – the longer the delay in the production of your order. Please do not place an order merely in order to obtain a proof, as the order will be binding, regardless of whether the proof is approved or not.
